Role profile

You are a strong teammate with a focus on providing a top class customer service to our clientele base of Small Office / Home Office (SoHo) businesses, which in turn will grow customer loyalty and help shape the future of Vodafone. You have previous experience in delivering an excellent customer experience. You have passion & drive. You have good communication skills in both Greek and English language and the power to negotiate effectively with clients and team. 

For our SoHo clients communication is of vital importance to keep their business running and YOU as their B2B Sales Consultant will give them a first class experience by meeting their needs via optimal solutions. Your success in this role could lead to other equally exciting roles within Vodafone.
 

Your next challenges

•    Achieve individual sales targets set by the business on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
•    Understand the different profiles of our clients to effectively cover their needs and consistently meet or exceed their expectations with Vodafone’s products and services.
•    Monitor the results and provide respective feedback to the supervisor.
•    Actively participate in identifying ways to improve the use of our resources and contribute in increasing our profit
•    Develop a clear image for potential expansion of the clientele base as well as of the competition in the area.
•    Be an ambassador of Vodafone’s brand.
