Our Corporate Business Discover Programme has three streams. Graduates can typically expect to undertake defined placements within these streams, helping you gain the capability and experience to kick start your career.

These streams are: HR, Finance, Legal & External Affairs.  

Finance Areas you could find yourself working in include: Corporate Finance, Financial Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance Operations/Accounting
HR Areas you could find yourself working in include: Learning and Development, Talent Management, Reward, Organisational Development, Resourcing, Business Partnering, Internal Communication, Employer Branding
Legal & External Affairs Areas you could find yourself working in include: Legal, Regulatory, External Communications, Corporate Security, Foundation and Sustainability

You will be asked to state your preferred stream(s) during the application process.

What we’re looking for
•    Recently graduated within the past two years - Bachelor or Master (relevant degree in Finance/Accounting or HR or Legal) 
•    Strong academic performance 
•    Maximum 3 years of working experience 
•    English & Greek proficient 
•    Curious mind-set with learning agility and hunger for development 
•    Passion for technology and the future of digital  
•    Dedicated to making tomorrow’s world better than today
