ROLE PURPOSE

 
The role is responsible for managing customers belongs to Goverment Sector with both technical and communication expertise and managing pre and post tender processes to ensure both public institutions and VF Turkey meet expectations.


Your Place in the team

 
•    Assume Goverment Fixed Services revenue responsibility by coordinating field sales and pre-sales teams thru the sales cycle, mapping fibre expansion and tender strategies to the sales departments, addressing process improvement needs, focusing on competitive intelligence and liaising with segment and technology teams as SPOC.
•    Understand the technical considerations, certifications, and procurement processes specific to the Goverment sector.
•    Working with sales account managers on opportunity management and pipeline review when needed.
•    Adding new customers and creating new revenue via existing fibre infrastructure and new generation solution services
•    Leading tender process end to end
•    Ensure sales related revenue assurance for Fixed products
•    Working with segment and technology teams to ensure seamless processes for responsible Fixed products
•    Bring in segment and sales development teams’ input for customer space, opportunity lists and priority focus customers
•    Following and reporting lead list generated by sales development
•    Differentiating Vodafone offerings from competitive alternatives and creating customer preference for Vodafone proposals by understanding competitor's offerings, strategies, and plans.
•    Collaborate with Pre-Sales team for mapping products and revenue based on sales segments.
•    Collaborate with internal resources to share information, coordinate and ensure sales teams and customer satisfaction.
•    Coordinating internal departments and external parties such as partners or integrators to create suitable solutions
•    Assisting product development by understanding customer expectations and reporting facts about customer needs.
•    Coordinating sophisticated demands of customers within Vodafone units and triggering product development.


We are looking for you if you have


•    University degree , Engineering faculties are preferred
•    Sales experience (minimum 5 years)
•    Driving license
•    Military service completed (for male candidates)
•    Experience in Fixed Telecommunication Business and Key Account sales is preferred
•    Government/Public sector experience is highly preferred
•    Fluent English
•    Good negotiation skills
•    Financial awareness
•    Project management and business modelling skills
