We are looking for a
Always-on Marketing Intern 
for our CBU Department

Your place in the team
Pega Always-On Marketing (AoM) is a marketing automation platform helping marketers orchestrate next-best-action strategies in real-time across each stage of the customer journey. It provides a single place to easily design, build, execute and optimize multi-offer and omni-channel campaigns, enabling 1:1, consistent & contextual communication with our customers.

As the Always-on Marketing Intern you will support us in ensuring best-in-class creative design for Digital Base Marketing activities, including but not limited to emails (eDMs), My Vodafone application offers and onsite advertising.
The AoM Intern should possess a creative eye, which will contribute to the design and layout of our communications/offerings helping to maximise customer engagement. The right individual for this role is keen to learn how to programme HTML coding into the eDMs.
Upon joining us, you will have the chance to learn Photoshop, CSS3 and HTML5 and Adobe Dreamweaver. Should you already have some experience with any of these it is very welcome!

You will be involved in the following tasks
•    Suggest improvements to current communication policies/guide books
•    Support HTML coding and accurate UTM code parameterization of emails
•    Make smaller changes in graphic contents
•    Work with content management tool (Liferay) regarding content management tasks 
•    Understand & use the necessary standards to develop appropriate communications for Pega Marketing
•    Support the maintenance of the propositions/treatment catalogue
•    Able to carry out routine configurational tasks in Pega Marketing (eg. scheduling, proposition & treatment modification)

We are looking for you if you have
•    Active full-time university/college student status (ideally in your last years of education)
•    Fluent written & verbal English
•    Affinity to learn Photoshop, CSS3, HTML5
•    Advantage, but not must have: working knowledge of Photoshop, CSS3, HTML5
•    Commercial, customer-focused mindset
