Description

The Process Excellence lead will work as _VOIS resource, but within the Global Process Owner Function for Supply Chain Management Process excellence supporting the execution of the strategic process roadmap to deliver on the effectiveness and efficiency targets specifically contributing to analysis of the end-to-end process, with broad knowledge of the end to end Supply chain operations and all related systems like SAP and cloud based solutions, as well as understanding the links between the different Functions and support Team of subject matter experts to drive resolution of complex process/technical issues of the operation.

The Process Excellence Lead would act as focal point between VPC and _VOIS & would be instrumental to devise roadmap for Process, Governance and Digitization vision and strategy. In this role, you will work closely together with Global Process Leads within Process Excellence and other key stakeholders, to define future processes and ensure delivery of future developments. To be successful you need to demonstrate a result-oriented leadership and be a process expert who is able to translate vision, strategy, and business objectives into compelling plans that enables effective implementation.

Job Responsibility

• Drive Process Excellence team of 15+ Subject matter expert

• Work closely with VPC to develop the global processes End to end Process mapping, in line with requirements and drive it to a next generation process while providing the appropriate level of control

• Understand the stakeholder requirements & translate them into a comprehensive project plan and ensure delivery by the team

• Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the end-to-end business process; ensuring performance of shared services delivery and local market enablers

• Focus on assessing and improving data quality, to define future data strategy and the information necessary to ensure continuous process improvement and user satisfaction, while offering consultative support in initiatives prioritisation

• Drive functional systems analysis, design, and integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on complex problems. Identifies and mitigates risks, makes root-cause analysis for defects, establishes reporting framework.

• Develops, delivers and advises on processes and activities for the delivery of business change/transformation programmes, driving efficiencies and reducing waste across the business;

• Drives the delivery of activities for process redesign/automation, operating model redesign and implementation, strategy deployment, methodology creation and roll out or other such initiatives

• Lead delivery for improvement projects remaining within budget, exploring savings opportunities.

• Lead testing and deployment activities, secures system readiness, schedules cutover, and advises upon deployment decisions.

• Use advanced documentation, project governance tools and methods.

• Enable system utilization, train suppliers/ customers/ local markets/ support teams.

Core Competencies

• Broad knowledge of SCM process, with attention to details.

• Strong knowledge in managing process improvement and re-design projects on a global level and demonstrable record of delivering change programmes with people impact

• Ability to influence stakeholders to take action / facilitate buy-in of recommendations

• Strong client management skills, and senior-level communication skills

• Experience in project management and delivery of entire engagement and impactful recommendations and provide coaching to business teams as they implement recommendations

• Expertly guide continuous improvement and innovation by leading, facilitating, teaching, and coaching teams using situation-appropriate industry standards, approaches, methods, tools, and data for high-quality delivery

Must Have

• IT technology knowledge (SAP transactions, EVO, system implementation and integration, testing supplier portals, experience in SAP or web-based system development and integration)

• Expert in daily usage of Microsoft Suite, Source-to-Pay Tool, Business Intelligence

• ITIL knowledge

• Prince2, PMP, Lean Six Sigma knowledge (desired)
