We are looking for a

Transport Manager

Job Responsibility

Your place in the team

•    Good knowledge of transport network topology, design, capacity and frequency planning
•    Good knowledge of transport network tools (NetTrans, Ellipse, U2000, Atoll etc…)
•    Good knowledge of IP network infrastructure
•    Follow up latest transport technologies (SDN/NFV, Segment Routing etc…
•    Adapting & Manage the guidelines ,defined by Technology Strategy & Operations, to the local market and network requirements
•    Planning and implementation of low-medium level TX design in region, implementation of backhaul high level design in region
•    Manage TEİAŞ fiber lines all other fiber operations in region
•    Responsible for region Transport KPIs, manage and take necessary actions as required
•    Responsible for regional transport optimization activities (one hop to fiber, latency reducing, redundancy, modernization)
•    Design and manage projects providing data services to fix customers corporation with regional sales teams
•    OPEX/CAPEX Management, define and follow up OPEX saving projects such as LL cancellation, fiber infrastructure sharing…
•    Manage transport rollout projects, regional events
•    Stakeholder management both central and regional organization
•    Ensure Vodafone Health And Safety procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local regulations
•    Comply with Vodafone Turkey’s information security policy, standards and procedures

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have

•    Graduated from Engineering Department; Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineering preferred
•    Good command of English
•    Good communication and presentation skills
•    Experienced in team management
•    Experienced in working with matrix organization
•    Have driving licenses
