Description

Major Account Manager (Centre Region) will act as a Sales Consultant and will be responsible to Sell Vodafone product and services according to a certain territory or vertical/market segment (Customer Portfolio) with full autonomy, in order to achieve the commercial objectives established in the sales plan of the Management, as well as provide a customer after-sales service to contribute to their loyalty to the Vodafone.

Job Responsabilities

  • Conduct market prospecting in a particular territory / market segment of its responsibility, with the aim of increasing the number of clients.
  • Visiting, identifying customer needs, proposing solutions, negotiating, elaborating commercial proposals, closing contracts, in order to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Demonstrate to the Customer the characteristics of the equipment, accessories and services of Vodafone, showing the advantages of the same and seeking to link the Customer to Vodafone.
  • Manage each customer from the beginning of the purchase in order to respond to all their new needs / concerns / complaints, ensuring a quality service of sale and after sales.

Competencies

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous experience in similar comercial positions, preferably in the sales of more TECH solutions;
  • High degree of autonomy and responsibility;
  • Client and results oriented
  • Highly organized and capable of plan ahead
  • Proactive and dynamic
  • Resilient to high stress environments
  • Driver’s license
  • Strong ability to communicate both orally and in writing in Portuguese and English
