Transformation Lead
Location: The Speechmark – Southwark, London (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)

Hours: 37.5hours (Monday to Friday)

The AOM Transformation Lead will own the business demand management process across always on marketing capability teams and will manage demand pipelines and overall capacity utilisation.
You will coordinate the business transformation process to new ways of working, where your aim will be to exploit the new AOM capabilities and deliver marketing performance in addition to customer experiences.
You will define and manage the proceses which teams follow to move from new idea to ready for development including business value definiont, solution ideation and scoping, roadmap planning, demand prioritisation, user story and technical impact assessment standards.
The role holder will also facilitate key ceremonies to manage demand pipelines and overall capacity usilitsation, summarise and present back to senior management and escalate key decisions to them in an appropriate way, whilst defining change management approaches and work closely with business POs to drive business transformation.
We are looking for a confident and articulate communicator with strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to engage with the wider business on demand management and business transformation.
Someone who has experience with developing and implementing effective Customer Base Marketing strategies and is able to assist the Product Owner with defining overall mitigation strategies and can prioritise for the commercial impact.
Thorough understanding of the telecommunication industry (or expertise within the tech industry) as well as change management/transformation experience is really key for this role and therefore we are looking for someone who can guide the business through a complex journey of change.
Experience in PEGA marketing and Agile delivery approaches would be advantageous for this role.
