Full-time Position

Duration of Programme: 2 years 
Location: Portugal (Lisbon or Porto)

Areas you could be working in include:

  • Marketing Analyst | VBU - Go to Market (SoHo & SME): Responsible for launch and management of Vodafone's offer to both the final consumer (B2C) (including solutions such as Red, Infinity, TV Packages, MBB) and for other companies (B2B). We are looking for a candidate with good analytical skills, who knows the telecommunication industry, being proactive, reuslt-driven and communicative. Master's in Management or Economics and prior Internship experince is a plus. 
  • Products & Service Analyst - CO (2x): Responsible for identification of operational and commercial strategies through customer journey mapping to drive digital transformation and improve customer experience in B2C. Support in the implementation of key initiatives (digital and non-digital) to ensure on time and on budget deliveries. Project benefit tracking and communication. Education in Industrial & Managament Engineering or Business Management or Marketing, Project management skills are must.
  • Products Manager: Responsible for strategic definition of the product portfolio; Vendor selection, market and competition analysis; Coordination of the product development stages with other departments (engineering, go-to-market, brand, customer operations, legal and compliance). Background in Project managment/ Industrial and management Engineering.
  • Products Manager - Go to Market (VBU): You will be responsible for product management & analysis (analysis of the products portfolio, segments, type of products, target, pricing & strategy definition). Should have background in marketing, economics, management profile with good analytical skills. Interested in technology.

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrate creativity, adaptability and intellectual curiosity, the ability to analyze problems and offer outside of the box solutions;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Able to adapt to different areas and ready to apply your skills to something new;
  • Curiosity and passion for technology, how things work and the future of digital;
  • Graduated with a Master Degree or on track to receive one in 2021 (with a degree in marketing, management, economics or other related fields); 
  • Maximum 2 years of working experience after the completion of your studies;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (oral and written).

If your background and experience match the requirements, you will be invited to participate in our online assessment. This allows us to see if you are the right fit for the Vodafone culture. 
The online assessment includes the following:

  • Two gamified logical tests (approx. 5-10min);
  • Video interview (approx. 15min) focusing on Vodafone’s potential indicators, competencies and motivation. Please complete your video interview in English.
