VGE Solution Sales Manager

Solution Sales Manager is responsible for driving acquisition sales of products and solutions beyond-core mobility (Fixed Data Services, Managed Cloud,Security,Data Center IoT and Unified Communications services) on VGE accounts within the Industry Verticals. This is achieved by building both industry and customer specific business propositions that allow VGE to combine multiple products and services into compelling solutions, that are relevant and transformational for our customers.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Expert knowledge of relevant products including detailed understanding of customer business environment, market trends and competitive positioning.
• Position Vodafone and portfolio in the context of the customer environment, develop blueprint of Vodafone services offering substantial business value to the customer; identify/create/shape and successful closure of business opportunities
• Lead the sale of solutions and products as part of a proposition, to define a clear strategy in a team approach with the account team, manage internal processes and stakeholders to ensure delivery capabilities
• Communicate on decision level (CIO/CTO, IT director, business leader, IT procurement) to influence and advise on strategy and Vodafone’s propositions; engage with technical and non-technical audiences via facilitationg Innovation Workshops to create more opportunities. 
• An understanding of key complex product sets, including; Fixed Data services (MPLS, IP, WAN) Fixed Voice services (VONE, IPT), Mobile Device Management solutions, IoT solutions. Must be building skills to be regarded as “expert” in at least two of the areas, and possess a level of understanding across all of them
• Strong commercial acumen – understanding of ROI models, margin analysis, and cost justification; strong in solution shaping
  Positive and energetic attitude, challenging, strong on internal stakeholder management, and experienced in being part of virtual teams

Job Responsibility

Your place in the team

•Creates the logic of target distribution of all team in clear way. Manages all team in new targetting system , guide them and managed all country issues as a team leader. She/He is continously responsible for account targets, target distribution and fair share controls over the team.
•Manages to find out the revenue reporting problems and fixed them creating reports and handshaked those with local and global finance teams. She/He is the only SPOC for all process for Turkey and also he helped Greece team for those issues.
•Creates all country base reports and presentations for all Turkey and helps Greece Team.  She/He strictly follows up all country specific reports from local and global reports and give brief info for country position.
•Manages all sales pipe in all team and guides all team to keep the sales pipe healthy.
•Manages the improve all data quality metrics for Turkey & Greece. Every week, She/he shares info for sales managers to inform them about their data quality . She/He is only SPOC for data quality.
•Arranges 1-1 meetings and he also helps all team members to increase  their performance and solve problems which directly effects team performance or individual person performance. He acts like a mentor for all team in case of problematic situations. She/He helps all Turkey and Greece teams.
•Acts as Innovation Champion additional to his role. She/He attends all calls in Global team and he reaches the highest level in Champions team. She/He follows directly new trends and innovative solutions. Share those know how with team and customers. She/He also manages Innovation Sessions on customer side to increase sales pipeline and create more opportunities.
•Helps all people managers in the team to have happy employees and good business results. Gives individual training to them to help them to understand VGE environment . Helps Greece team managers as well.
•Creates customer presentations for all team . Updates industry base solutions and adopts them due to customer solutions. Updates all team regarding local and global solutions and train them for those solutions and increase all team performance. 
•Helps finance team to justify reports from local and global lists. Finds out problems and guide finance teams to fix them in reporting stages. Fixs all customer specific reporting issues for all VGE customers in Turkey. Helps team to find out the missing revenues in other countries.
•Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
•Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
•Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
•Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
•Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
•Protect user accounts and associated passwords , and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.
•Ensure that VFTR  BCM policy /standard ,procedures ,plans  implemented and works carried out in compliance with   BS 25999 -2:2007  Standard 
•Ensure that BCM  risks are assessed and mitigated  so far as is reasonably practicable in VFTR  Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
•Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within VFTR

We are looking for you if you have

•Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, computer science, marketing or related discipline.
•Sales & solution experience in ICT industry preferred (minimum of 10 years)  
•Demonstrated success as a sale &solutions consultant at the C-suite level over 2 years is required.
•Proven track record in successfully acquiring new business including solution sales within large, MNCs    
•Ability to build deep trust with internal teammates and end customer executives
•Strong demonstrated oral presentation and written communication skills
•Team building and collaborative approach 
•Can manage through ambiguity and a complex matrix environment
•Fluent English
