We are looking for a 'UX/UI Designer'

ROLE PURPOSE

 

Mainly responsible for defining and designing users’ experience on Vodafone products & services at all digital platforms using Agile methodology.
 

Job Responsibility

Your place in the team

 

•    Define and design ideal user experience by focusing on user engagement, emotions, simplicity, easiness to use at highest level
•    Design deliverables from the storytelling rationale, design sketches, prototypes to detailed interaction design specs and flows
•    Create delightful and polished products with strong UI design skills
•    Role placed in squads’s development team working closely with other squad members to create intuitive, user-friendly experience while taking complete ownership to develop ideal UX/UI  together
•    Collbrate with UX chapter members to share and learn best practices and improve UX design processes.
•    Present  and share your work in a compelling and convincing way in front of key stakeholders.
•    Identify design problems and continuosly improve digital journey through iterations based on data driven analysis, customer insights, industry researches and best practices
•    Plan and conduct  user tests and gather feedback.

•    Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and identify existing or potential problems
•    Great sense of empathy that allows you to make user-centric decisions
•    Desire to always want to learn something new and refine current skillset
•    Knowledge and experience on digital platforms
•    Experience in interaction design experience and management of research tools and methodology
•    Knowledge in broad toolkit of design and prototyping tools like Sketch, İnvision, Zeplin is a must
•    A UX portfolio with detailed and documented wireframes, organized and insightful research, clear and compelling presentation is a must
•    Knowledge of web / app analytics is an asset
•    Knowledge / Experience of agile methodologies of digital project management robust decisions is an asset
•    Knowledge of content and web development (HTML, CSS, Javascript) and similar technologies will be valued
•    University degree prefably from related fields
•    Advanced English
