We are looking for a Terminal Accessories Associate Manager

Role Purpose 
•    End to end supply chain management, Vodafone internal stakeholders, vendors & distributors (Brightstar, Ouno, A321 & Arslanlar) coordination, contract management, targeting, reporting and price flow management  & overall alignment for new generation devices, IoT products & essential accessories in order to fit for Vodafone’s strategies and targets.

Your Place in the team

Clearly understand Vodafone product portfolio strategy and manage, monitor and provide guidance for a sustainable SCM process regarding related new generation devices, IoT portfolio of Vodafone & accessory line up of distributors to align to Vodafone timelines and targets.
Clearly understand, be aware of all up to date distributor(s) dynamics, internal processes and capabilities in order to manage & direct for Vodafone strategies. Provide feedback to related distributor contacts and ensure realization of all improvement/change necessities on time.  
Ensure an efficient and on time information flow between each required parties of Vodafone and distributor. 
Take a strong commercial approach to accessory portfolio planning with a specific focus on increasing the overall profitability of the portfolio.
Manage price flow for new generation devices,, IoT & accessory voucher categories.
Engage and collaborate with Segments’ and Sales Channels’ stakeholders and secure buy-in and advocacy for the mid to long term accessory portfolio strategy and distributor inventory management.
Engage and align with the wider Terminals Team (Go to Market and Supply Chain/Distr.) to ensure effective lifecycle management with reference but not limited to: (i) in-life device refreshes, (ii) price erosion planning to ensure the range remains competitive within the broader market, (iii) proactively identify and resolve launch time line risks and issues and (iv) efficient end of life management.

Manage and ensure a seamless VF internal target oriented terminal accessories price flow regarding VF Turkey portfolio for transactions among Vodafone, Distributor, investor and end user. 
Manage/monitor & interfere distributor(s)’ planning, forecasting, PO placement processes directly with all related distributor(s) team according to Vodafone portfolio & other related strategies with total loyalty to required timelines/deadlines. 
Ensure a healthy and sustainable distributor & VSC inventory level for each portolio product according to Vodafone strategies and dynamic targets. Maintain required balance between excess & low stock levels in order to provide optimum availability for targeted Vodafone sales performance.
Direct & track distributor(s) on time for optimum inventory & order management according to all related micro/macro dynamics, internal & external effects and up to date Vodafone strategies
Ensure a healthy, effective and on time supply chain management for all Vodafone internal stakeholders (EBU, Vodafone Stores, Vodafone Online & Other Alternative Channels etc.). Provide necessary inventory updates for total alignment to reach optimum efficiency
Ensure an up to date accessory planogram for channel in order to reach optimum performance and total alignment with up to date Vodafone terminal portfolio. Maintain a healthy coordination between distributor(s) and Trade Marketing & Sales departments for channel planogram management and sales activies/campaigns.
Provide necessary reports regarding all flows among distributor, Vodafone and VSC.

Long Description

Ensure sustainability & accuracy of Daily channel based distributor sell-through tracking via distributor reports and monitor device performance in order to maintain optimum accessory portfolio and channel stock. 
Ensure sustainability and efficiency of Weekly whole team distributor meetings for overall planning & forecasting overview, Weekly distributor sales management meetings for field & sales activities feedback. Weekly update to all Terminal related parties in Vodafone Turkey during Terminal Coordination Meetings
Negotiate, manage and monitor distributor targets given according to VF strategies and targets within all required parties.
Monthly balancing/reconcilliation calculations regarding after sales & vodafone revenue between Vodafone and distributors together with related Finance stakeholder. Manage distributor(s)’ involvement in Vodafone channel incentive campaigns and finalize reconciliations and invoice processes according to Vodafone channel incentive payment deadlines.
Ensure an adequate credit/letter of guarantee level of dealers at distributor(s) in order to have a capable dealer network for sufficient channel stock level to reach Vodafone targets.
Monitor dealers’ debt levels to distributor(s) in detail and gather&prepare necessary reports to inform Trade Marketing and Sales departments weekly. Track closely & inform related stakeholders in time for store ownership processes to ensure a healthy closure/transfer phase of debts to distributor(s).
Build an effective distributor KPI setup according to Vodafone strategy, align with related internal stake holders, manage negotiations with distributor(s) and track KPI realizations in order to direct distributor for Vodafone targets & strategies
Monthly distributor KPI follow ups and agreement on figures with distributor. Prepare quarterly and year end reports regarding target realizations
Manage and provide necessary inputs for financial and operational processes related to workflow.
Provide necessary global & local reports regarding all flows among distributor, Vodafone and VSC
Provide strategical business improvement plans in order to maintain constant development of Terminal Distribution business and communicate with required internal/external stakeholders for successful and on time actualisation
Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
Protect user accounts and associated passwords , and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.
Ensure that VFTR  BCM policy /standard ,procedures ,plans  implemented and works carried out in compliance with   BS 25999 -2:2007  Standard 
Ensure that BCM  risks are assessed and mitigated  so far as is reasonably practicable in VFTR  Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within VFTR

Long Description

•    Significant experience in sales, product management, marketing field, mobile device accessory management (5+ years)
•    Has knowledge about Terminal Marketing, mobile device accessory market, market conditions and SCM.
•    Has managed implementation of cross-functional initiatives     
•    Project management and analytical thinking skills                      
•    Multi-task management
•    Strong and sustainable focus on multi product SCM process                                                   
•    University degree  (MBA Degree is a plus)                                                
•    B2B / B2C marketing experience
•    Telecomm sector experience
•    Strong negotiation skills
•    Strong communication & presentation skills
•    Fluent English (Speaking & Writing)
•    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
