We are looking for a Sales Projects Management & Development Executive

Role Purpose 
•    To manage and develop IT related projects and enhancements for sales channels

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team

•    Develop and Manage sales digitalisation projects (i.e Store on tablet,stock management, document management sysyem, digital signature, customer identity verification etc)
•    Manage communication with fields regarding ongoing operations and projects.
•    Manage the relationship  on day to day business
•    Coordinate operational and project activities with Vodafone Group
•    Sales strategy alignment, creation and management of short term as well as long term roadmaps of Sales Operation and Trade marketing projects for both local and group projects.
•    Supporting SCM processes for contracts made with suppliers in order to improve sales applications .
•    Making Sectoral Research for developing Sales Project Portfolio.
•    Managing colloboration with internal and external project stakeholders.
•    Creation, revision and tracking of Roadmap Capex budget of Sales Operation and Trade Marketing with IT
•    Making first evaluation of feedbacks, demands, suggestions and complaints from the field and addition of positively evaluated projects to sales portfolio
•    Prioritization of projects in sales portfolio and tracking end-to-end development of the projects. 
•    Representing sales channels in IT Projecs giving approval and/or feedbacks to design documents, creating user acceptance test scenarios, managing communication with sales teams, sharing feedbacks of sales teams with programme management as well as technology teams and ensuring conclusion of these change request/feedbacks. 

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have

•    BSc. degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar fields
•    Very good command of English
•    Min 2– 3 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing in FMCG or Telecommunication sector
•    Good Knowledge about CRM systems and sales processes
•    Good Presentation Skills (Both Creation and Presentation)
•    Analytical thinking and elaboration, tracking parralel tasks.
•    Proactive approach to problem solutions
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Solution and result focussed approach 
•    Open to colloboration and quality foccused approach
•    Prone to change and development
•    Suitability for team work
•    Behaving accoringly with the corporational process and policies. 
•    Focusing on solutions of the problems and creating alternative
