ROLE PURPOSE

As DNA Squad, we need Process Transformation Lead who has an experience in process transformation projects managed with an agile approach. As a Process Transformation Lead, you will execute as-is state analysis of the process by conducting dedicated meeting and workshops with different business units, identify pain points and opportunity areas and come up with solutions which will simplify, improve and digitize the processes. Being familiar to technological solutions, analytical approach and communication skills are must to fit the position.
 

Job Responsibility

Your place in the team

•    As-is state assesment- working with business units to have deep understanding of as-is state of the process.
•    Focusing on pain points within the process to identify opportunity areas including potential benefits covering all possible benefit types
•    Building appropriate and doable solutions for the identified opportunity areas in an alignment with business and implementation teams
•    Supporting business and implementation teams throughout the implementation journey
•    Tracking monthly solution completion rates and realised benefits
•    Conducting business meetings and workshops within each stage of the projects.
•    Understand and leverage digital channels and technologies (e.g. Chatbot, AI, Machine Learning, RPA etc.) to come up with unique digital solutions
•    Try new technologies and journeys, explore digital opportunities to provide an enhanced digitalization experience
•    Business unit management and communication to structure best to-be state for each process.
•    Conducting periodic update meetings with Vodafone Group to inform achievements and challenges we have faced in Turkey and anticipate best practices and common tools to improve our work.


We are looking for you if you have

•    Bachelor's degree from top tier universities.
•    2-5 years experience in management consulting firm or digital/process transformation projects in corporate work environment
•    Having a deep understanding of how to break the processes into small pieces and shape the best one by forming a great business case
•    Having a strong appetite for understanding different workflows and processes within the company from customer operations to strategy, network operations to finance.
•    Great communication and presentation skills including attractive presentation preperations
•    Fluent English both in writing and speaking to sustain periodical update meetings with Vodafone Group.
•    Basic understanding of both digital and IT systems to identify best matching solution for different opportunity areas.
•    Experience in agile methodologies
•    Experience in process designing and data analysis.
•    Having a strong analytical background
•    Strong leadership attitudes
