ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking a Planning Optimization  Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading digital Transformation, reporting to West Blacksea Planning & Optimization Manager of Vodafone Turkey. 
 

Job Responsibility

Your place in the team

•    Planning & Optimization Specialist  is responsible to plan and optimize  the radio network for the region in line with the smart network strategies and sales priorities to achieve the agreed KPI and SLAs for the region.
•    Review the network performance in the region through all quality and performance reports; and ensures necessary actions are taken to sustain & improve the quality of the 2G, 3G, LTE network
•    Ensure the forming of all necessary frequency and parameters related to the site to be planned.
•    Realise the required drive tests and ensure the required  2G, 3G, LTE network  accordingly.
•    Responsible for 2G/3G/LTE new site planning&optimization.
•    RAN parameters settings and analysis of  Network KPI’s
•    Network coverage design and clusters optimization
•    Data audit and RAN parameter consistency checks
•    Analysis of the RAN counters
•    Tender support for RAN design and capacity dimensioning
•    Apply troubleshooting and subsequent optimization measures to improve the network KPIs

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have


•    Graduated from Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineer Min. 2 years telecommunications experience
•    Min. 2 years telecommunication or GSM/UMTS/LTE network operation management experience. 
•    Good command of English
•    Strong in analytical thinking, problem solving and conflict management
•    Good communication skills, engagement with internal stakeholders in cross-functional organization
•    MS office applications
•    Knowledge of Huawei Equipments, features and parameters
•    Should have significant knowledge of  RF  planning and opt.tools: Atoll, Mapinfo, Tems, Actix, Piweb, Schema, Tetronix, M2000, Discovery, Netperform.
•    Has to have Driving License in B Class
