ROLE PURPOSE


Ensure Vodafone pursues most innovative, effective and efficient media strategy and plans that directly build on our brand & business KPIs with a purposeful and measurable approach, while maintaining strong relationships with respective media partners/vendors.
 

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team


•    Lead and manage inhoused integrated media team, responsible from setting and applying communication strategies and executing best-in-class media solutions; and Digital media team, responsible from setting, applying and executing Digital media strategies and plans.
•    Lead media agency to deliver best-in-class media trading, planning and operations, working closely with SCM teams in trading.
•    Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver business-building, data-driven, strategic media solutions per campaign, monthly and annually.
•    Represent company in all media-related contexts, including respective NGOs and among media vendors.
•    Pursue media trends and consumer habits closely to shape most relevant, effective and efficient communication solutions are applied at all times.
•    Work closely with global teams for setting KPI’s, priorities, new methodologies, modellings.
•    Manage and implement annual media budget; ensure investments are in line with company priorities and all resources are managed effectively.
•    Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
•    Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
•    Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
•    Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
•    Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
•    Protect user accounts and associated passwords, and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.

 

We are looking for you if you have

 

•    University graduate (preferably Communication / Marketing fields)
•    Minimum 10 years of experience in media communications field
•    Strong relationship with media vendors
•    Strong Digital media knowhow, including performance marketing and advertisement technologies.
•    Excellent leadership skills (leading a team of 15+)
•    Excellent presentation skills
•    Excellent negotiation skills
•    Understanding of the Telecom sector
•    MS Office applications
•    English: Advanced level
