We are looking for a Marketing Senior Associate Manager - Fixed Segment

Role Purpose 

Becoming the voice of fixed broadband customers within the company via coordinating all relevant parties through strategic goals

•    Identify key opportunities in the market through data analysis, extensive market research and understanding customer insights
•    Continuously track the performance of the segment and revise propositions when necessary in line with strategies
•    Develop and execute residential net growth strategies/plans
•    Construct business cases and recommendations of products and services based on marketplace insight, customer needs, strategies and capabilities of the organization
•    Create marketing and communication plans with innovative ideas based on customer insights 
•    Lead multi-functional teams for perfect planning and execution of initiatives
 

Long Description

•    ATL & BTL marketing experience (developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives)
•    Strong written, verbal communication skills & inter-personal skills both in English
•    Ambitious & competitive professional with high personal  drive & leadership attitudes
•    Strong analytical skills, champion in simplification
•    Resilient while working in competitive & rapidly changing environments
•    Comfortable in problem solving & decision making
•    Results-driven and delivery-focused
•    Multi-tasker with advanced project management skills
•    Displays cross-functional leadership attitude, at ease in communication with peers and senior management
