We are looking for a Internal Communication Associate Manager

Role Purpose 

Coordinate internal communication activities to ensure all employees understand, engage with and deliver on the company strategy and goals.
Sustain department strategic directions through developing, maintenance and continuous improvement of company’s employee communication programs (including all strategic initiatives, marketing and brand related content and people related content) and internal communications channels in a style that is aligned with our brand values and personality.

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team

•    Develops and manages the communication strategy and execution of the Internal Communication calendar with close coordination of Vodafone Group, HR, CBU, VBU, Legal, COPs departments. Position will be responsible reporting and managing to Vodafone Group Internal Communication Team.
•    Responsible of the all communication channels management (Outlook, screensavers, workplace etc.)
•    Develops plan of digital screens through our company regarding workplace objective and content management all of comms channels. 
•    Plans and executes of the all internal engagement activities and events including annual plan preparations, execution, communication planning.
•    Creates engaging digital and social opportunities for employees. 
•    Manages these engagement platforms accordingly and supports them with Internal Communication tools to raise sense of belonging.
•    Works in close coordination with all relevant internal parties during execution ( HR, CBU, VBU, Brand , CEO, CXO, PR, online..etc) and external parties (event agencies, BTL agencies..etc)
•    Executes internal brandings ( eg. building branding materials..etc) and other promotional materials / gifts to employees (eg. New year gifts..etc) 
•    Manages and controls budgets related to the accountable tasks.
•    Reports of all actions according to KPIs.
•    Responsible for the continues improvement of the Internal Communication by making benchmarking studies and managing effectively Internal Communication Agencies and Internal Communication budget.
•    All Spirit (cultural transformation program) comms and event management. Responsible for the coordination, entegration and implementation of the Vodafone Group Strategies. Tracks and propose actions Spirit Beat and Pulse Survey results.
•    Sets All Hands, function All Hands, #askAlex, Curiosity Day, Hepİyi, T-Live, Pitstop, VOLT meetings. Creates content and plans engagement activities.
•    Responsible of all webex and workplace events.
•    Creates engagement plan and content for Line Managers like Team Leads, VOLT and ExCo.
•    Plans Workstream, Strategy, Future Ready Squad initiative, Vodafone Foundation, Sustainability and D&I communication.

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have

•    Graduated from reputable University
•    Fluent in English
•    Strong written and oral communications skills
•    Experienced in Event, Internal Communication, Brand Communication Management
•    Working knowledge of internal platforms like workplace by facebook, e-mail tools etc.
•    2-5 year experience 
•    Strong project management and multitask skills
•    Strong communication & presentation skills 
•    Software skills (Power Point, Excel, Photoshop(preferred), HTML for website updates(preffered)
•    Strong collaboration skills working cross functional amd across cultures.
