We are looking for a

IT Service Monitoring and Operations Excellence Manager

ROLE PURPOSE

Leading IT Service Monitoring and Operations Excellence to assure successful management and continuous development of all aspects of ITIL Processes, UAM and Monitoring Center and successful management of Service Structure and Processes in order to provide high quality Process, Technical Infrastructure, Support Services directly to IT and Business organisations.  
 

Job Responsibility

Your place in the team

• State , Manage and Report Event Management Process in the IT Organization ,
• Monitor 7*24 IT System and Services , Take First Response and Coordinate Related IT Groups,
• Manage Planned and Unplanned Outages with Announcement Process,
• Resolve Level 1 Action Requests That Are Transferred by Level 2 Groups,
• Manage IT Applications User Access Management Process with L1/L2 responsibilities,
• Manage IT Management Systems(Maximo&Netcool) with L1/L2 responsibilities.
• Manage SAM(Software Asset Management), ADDDM(Configuration Management) and CMDB application environment with L2/L3 responsibilities,
• State , Manage and Report Change Management Process in the IT Organization ,
• State , Manage and Report Problem Management Process in the IT Organization ,
• State , Manage and Report Configuration&Asset Management Process in the IT Organization ,
• State , Manage and Report Defect  Management Process in the IT Organization ,
• State , Manage and Report SLA Management Process in the IT Organization ,
• State , Manage and Report Audit Management Process in the IT Organization,
• State , Manage and Report BCM  Management Process in the IT Organization.
 

We are looking for you if you have

• University Degree (Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or an equivalent combination of education or related experience)
• At least 5-8 years of experience in medium/large organizations
• Proven working experience as operations manager at least 3 years .
• Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
• Stronge  knowledge about ITIL principles and practices
• Fluency in English 
• Self motivated 
• Solution & Result Orianted 
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
• Leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good prioritisation skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans
• Confidence in decision-making
• A good team-playing mentality
