We are looking for a
Digital Media Senior Associate Manager

ROLE PURPOSE

 

To run all biddable activities of Vodafone Turkey; 
•    Weekly- Monthly- Quarterly Budget and Sales reviews with internal stakeholders.
•    To maximize brand metrics and reach.
•    To work with multi-departmental projects.
•    To create digital 360 strategies and plans.
•    To create award- winning launch campaigns
•    To track brand KPI’s and to improve business results.
•    Able to use internal and external insights to add value to business.
•    To MANAGE and OPTIMIZE all Google campaigns ( Search- YT- GDN- etc) according to sales.
•    To MANAGE and OPTIMIZE all FB campaigns 
•    To MANAGE and OPTIMIZE all Programmatic buying campaigns ( DV360 & Adform)
•    To MANAGE and OPTIMIZE IO business projects

Job Responsibility

 

Your place in the team

•    Responsible from all biddable activities as a full funnel approach with multi player teams; Included strategy, digital operation, optimization and reporting. ( Search- Display- Social- Native- Programmatic- Digital Projects)
•    To have active contact with internal teams and stakeholders for new test&learn and effective media strategies.
•    To track KPI’s and improve business results.
•    Proactively resolving complex business issues for campaign efficiency
•    To create digital 360 strategies with multi publisher & technologies included.
•    To create successful cases& papers and share digital learnings.

We are looking for you if you have


•    Graduated from university
•    High proficiency in English
•    Good level presentation skills
•    A team player and problem- solving skills
•    Min 5 year experience at Social Media
•    Min 5 year experience at Programmatic Buying
•    Min 2 year experience at IO business, familiar with local and global vendors.
•    Min 5 year experience at YT & Google campaigns. 
•    Experience of using analytics & tag management tools ( Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics, Adjust, Google Tag Manager, Tealium)
•    Experience of using adserver ( Adform)
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•    Open minded approach with sense of business
•    Proactivity and eager to  build new business cases
•    Resilience and hardworking spirit
