We are looking for a

Corporate IT Incident Management Specialist

Job Responsibility

Your place in the team

•    End2End SLA followups and reporting of OIT SR and Incidents these are originated with VFTR Employee, Shops & Sales Team.
•    Push the related parties (VFTR Global OIT, IT L2, Vendors,etc.) for resolution with in SLA manner .
•    Schedule & Manage Weekly Monthly evaluation meetings with related parties .
•    Improve Sr&Incident process of OIT 

Uzun Tanım

We are looking for you if you have

•    Graduate from Licence Degree
•    At least 3-5  years experience in relevant areas
•    Good ITIL Process Know-how 
•    Good command of English 
•    Proven experience in the work with internal customers 
•    Knowledge of Service Level Concept 
•    Good customer relationship skills, customer focused and good sense of responsibility
