 We are looking for a CVM Commercial & Marketing Lead- Postpaid Commitment Squad

ROLE PURPOSE

•    Build& execute commercial strategy of the squad via smart& targeted propositions for the customers in retention and churn lifecycle.
 

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team

 

•    Identify commercial propositions by understanding customer behaviors & needs
•    Monitor closely competitive landscape & track opportunities in the market related with squad’s objectives
•    Analyse & identify churn drivers by interpreting insights from models, exit surveys, disconnection trends, and customer activities. Drive and build next step actions and strategy with the squad.
•    Define product needs and execute product launch process 
•    Act as a primary point of contact for commercial propositions, align with Center of Excellence team and follow up defined actions
•    Manage& monitor Postpaid Commitment Squad’s Proposition targets & scorecard
•    Prepare monthly/weekly forecasts & propose relevant actions
•    Work in harmony with agile practices

 

We are looking for you if you have

 

•    BSc. degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics or similar fields of engineering
•    Strong analytical skills, results-driven and delivery-focused
•    Comfortable in problem solving & decision making
•    Ambitious & competitive professional with high personal  drive & leadership attitudes
•    Highly proactive, have a strong can-do attitude
•    Resilient while working in competitive & rapidly changing environments 
•    Multi-tasker with advanced project management skills
•    Strong written, verbal communication skills & inter-personal skills both in English
•    Good team player, have social skills that enables collaboration closely and easily with team members and stakeholders
