We are looking for a
Base Marketing Senior Associate Manager

•    Manage all upsell related activites for the residential base
•    Build predictive & propensity models for better decision making pertaining to key aspects such as upsell, migration   leading to better customer lifecycle management.


Job Responsibility


Your place in the team


•    Upsell and Migration targets & forecasts aligned with Strategy
•    Defining upsell Journeys and Channel integrations for MCCM ( AOM tool)
•    Strategy manager, Channel Manager and Commercial manager for Upsell Journeys  
•    Channel incentives to support base management  activity
•    Customer Acquistion through COPS channel.
•    Budget management for all COPS CVM activities

We are looking for you if you have

•    Bachelor in Marketing, Engineering 
•    Experience in customer programmes about loyalty, retention, churn and up/cross selling 
•    Stakeholder management skills 
•    Cross-functional team management skills 
•    Creative problem solving skills 
•    Multi-task management 
•    Problem solving & decision making 
•    Results-driven and delivery-focused 
•    Insight driven. Analytic and out-of-the- box thinking skills 
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills 
•    Initiative taker
